Water giant Evian have released an app that makes tweeting more musical.

Evian’s Melotweet app shows your incoming Twitter stream as little droplets, which can be seen falling from the top of your screen. While the droplets fall, ambient music is played.

You may think this sounds like Twitter with music but the app is much more than that.

Available for iPad and Android tablets, the app allows you to drag objects from the left side of the screen to act as obstacles, which when hit by the droplet make a musical note. This allows you to compose your own little Twitter symphony.

The only question that comes to mind is why and what does an app like this have to do with Evian. According to them, this app follows their “Live Young” brand campaign.
